What do you consider most important to ensure a good work environment?

Respect, Communication and Recognition. Respect for the difference – different experiences, points of view and ways of working. We are daily confronted with difference and what distinguishes a goof from a bad work environment is whether we value the difference, or we marginalize it.Effective and transparent communication to ensure an atmosphere of trust and alignment between teams.And last but not least, Recognition. Nothing is more motivating than feeling that we are valued. Every success must be celebrated, and a good work must always be acknowledged. If we want to foster a positive feedback culture, we must also know how to do it. A good work environment has to be cultivated and has to start with an example.
